SHIPPING

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase unless communicated otherwise.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for all customers. Shipping times will vary on your location and you will get e-mail updates once your order has been confirmed, fulfilled and is out for delivery with your tracking number.

Customers outside of the UK are liable to pay any additional fees that may occur through customs. Away From Home is not responsible for any additional fees nor any delays that might occur once the order has been processed by us.

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail tracked 24 (1-2 business days) & Royal Mail tracked 48 (2-3 business days).
  • Europe: Royal Mail international tracked (3-5 business days)
  • Rest of World: Royal Mail international tracked (6-7 business days)

RETURNS

We hope that you are satisfied with your order but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from the fulfilment date to exchange or refund your order.

Returns can be made with a choice of a full refund or store credit available.

Exchanges can be made if you would like to change the product or size included in your order.

Please note that all returns or exchanges must be in the same condition as they were received with the same packaging. If they aren't your return / exchange may not be accepted.
